The scope of the Contract mainly comprises : construction of a
3-storey high building with a total approximate construction floor
are of 2,757 m2; taking over, erection, alteration, demolition,
realignment and maintenance as necessary of all existing
hoarding, covered walkway, gantry, etc; relocation of all
historical elements to be preserved.
